About the Role
The role involves conducting third‑party inspections of electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire‑safety systems, as well as foundations, concrete slabs, framing, and roofing. Inspectors will review design plans, recommend revisions to contractors, engineers, or architects, and submit daily time and field reports per ECS policy. Additionally, they will market services through client interaction, participate in business development, and adhere to ECS safety procedures. • Conduct third‑party inspections of building systems and structural components. • Review and recommend revisions to design plans for contractors, engineers, and architects. • Submit daily time and field inspection reports per company policy. • Market inspection services and engage in business development activities. • Follow all ECS safety procedures and policies. • Maintain required state licenses and a valid driver’s license for company vehicles.

What You Bring
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of code‑compliance inspection experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Required certifications include NCP CCI commercial certification and any additional licenses needed for specific testing or state regulations. A valid driver’s license is required for any driving duties on behalf of ECS.
