About the Role
The Senior Project Engineer supports field activities and works closely with the Project Manager to administer multiple small projects or a single medium‑to‑large project. This position often serves as the go‑to person and may supervise support functions such as Document Control, QA/QC, scheduling, and cost control. • Support Project Manager on cost and schedule management, including billing, schedule development, cost analysis, change orders, procurement, and financial reviews. • Support project engineering, quality assurance, and quality control activities. • Support project safety and risk management initiatives. • Oversee and mentor direct reports such as document control, QA/QC, scheduling, and cost control staff. • Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety standards. • Participate in training and maintain required certifications.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiar with construction software like Primavera and Timberline. • Able to customize and modify spreadsheets for project needs. • Physically capable of navigating job‑site terrains, handling objects up to 20 lb, and performing regular sit/stand, walk, and reach tasks.
