About the Role
The Stationary Engineer is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on a variety of equipment. This includes heating and ventilating systems, engines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air compressors, air‑conditioning units, fans, and siphons assigned to the site. The role requires strict adherence to safe work practices and compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards, while remaining flexible to complete any tasks assigned. • Perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on diverse equipment. • Operate or assist with heating, ventilation, engines, motors, pumps, compressors, AC units, fans, and siphons. • Follow safe work practices and comply with company and regulatory standards. • Remain flexible and complete all assigned tasks. • Access ABM’s comprehensive benefits package via the employee portal.
