About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. They evaluate customers’ storage requirements, suggest appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units to verify inventory and readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and maintaining up‑to‑date payment records through reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and process customer payments. • Make reminder and collection calls for overdue accounts. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of time walking outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and handling large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Candidates should have a background in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service industries.
