All successful applicants will be required to undertake a pre‑employment drug test, medical assessment and a Ministry of Justice check; support is available if you need adjustments. • Drivers’ License, Manual class 1. • Electrical trade certification and current Unrestricted Electrician’s Licence. • Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance and repair work with a preferred minimum of four years post‑trade experience. • Broad experience in the buildings & services industry and good knowledge of building regulations and statutory obligations. • Literate (ability to complete time and job sheets, and technical literacy to operate handheld electronic recording devices). • Ability to plan jobs, operate and maintain equipment without supervision. • Ability to communicate well. • Physically fit and the ability to perform manual labour tasks. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Technical skills: working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools. • Self‑motivated, energetic, proactive, and results‑orientated. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
