About the Role

• Assist in producing schematic design, design development, and contract documents (floor plans, elevations, details, sections, schedules). • Create 3D views, renderings, and VR walkthroughs. • Apply architectural procedures and techniques. • Perform architectural assignments independently under senior guidance. • Support contract administration duties. • Attend site visits and client meetings; document engagements. • Participate in design discussions and general duties.

What You Bring

We are seeking self‑motivated co‑op students who are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, can work collaboratively on projects, and bring innovative ideas to support a sustainable future. Our London office comprises approximately 14 professionals serving clients in healthcare, post‑secondary education, science and technology, civic, justice, and commercial sectors. The co‑op student will work closely with the Lead Architect and team members throughout the design and construction process, supporting both documentation and coordination efforts while gaining hands‑on experience in architectural practice. • Proficiency in Revit 2020 or newer. • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or newer. • Completed 2 years toward degree with GPA 3.0+. • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant software packages. • Understanding of building technology, construction methods, and material applications. • Ability to multitask while maintaining high proficiency. • Experience with Rhino, Enscape (Revit & Rhino), SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. • Attention to detail. • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
