About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role supports a large‑scale, innovative data‑center construction for a leading technology client, overseeing all phases from inception through commissioning. The ideal candidate brings consultancy and construction field experience and excels in client‑facing environments, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder coordination. • Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule using critical path analysis. • Support project budgeting, including soft and hard costs, and assist with contract negotiations. • Coordinate design team activities and ensure compliance with municipal and authority requirements. • Lead constructability reviews, cost estimating, and value engineering efforts. • Manage general contractor and subcontractors, overseeing quality control and EHS compliance. • Direct procurement and installation of owner‑furnished and contractor‑installed equipment. • Track project financials, change orders, cash flow, and maintain comprehensive document control. • Monitor schedule performance, conduct analysis, and ensure QA/QC processes are followed. • Oversee close‑out activities: initiate early, compile documentation, manage punch list, and finalize invoicing and accounting. • Facilitate coordination of owner‑direct vendors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. • Apply formal project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes. • Lead cross‑functional teams in a high‑tech, dynamic environment. • Deliver high‑quality programs on aggressive timelines with a proven track record. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical skills. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; detail‑oriented and able to multitask. • Preferential experience in data‑center construction. • Hold an MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or PMP certification).
