About the Role
The Sales Enablement Intern supports the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams by creating, organizing, and maintaining sales support materials that help drive consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization. This role focuses heavily on developing and managing a centralized PowerPoint bank and other supporting documents used by the sales team. The intern will gain hands‑on experience working cross‑functionally while learning how marketing and sales align to drive business results. • Create, update, and organize sales enablement materials such as presentations, one‑pagers, and reference documents. • Build and maintain a centralized PowerPoint bank that is accurate, on‑brand, and easy to navigate. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Training teams to gather content and translate it into clear, sales‑ready materials. • Support standardization of messaging, formatting, and visuals across sales presentations. • Manage version control and content governance to ensure teams use the most up‑to‑date materials. • Adapt existing marketing materials for sales use based on audience or customer needs. • Assist with ad‑hoc sales enablement projects and attend meetings to provide notes or follow‑ups.

What You Bring
Candidates should be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field. Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is preferred but not required, and equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. • Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for layout, storytelling, and visual clarity. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Collaborative cross‑functional mindset and openness to feedback. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The position offers an hourly base pay ranging from $21.00 to $25.00, depending on education, experience, and geographic market.
