Join our Downer Professional Services team and express your interest in future opportunities within our System Engineering stream. We seek skilled professionals with Defence or Defence industry experience to join our permanent workforce and support complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future. • Prior experience in Defence or consulting services across Land, Communications, Navy, Space or related sectors • Hands‑on engineering expertise in validation & verification, test & evaluation, system design or safety engineering • Ability to lead projects, provide consultancy and manage stakeholder relationships • Qualified engineer or equivalent engineering qualification • Current Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) security clearance; ITAR compliance where required
