About the Role
The position is contingent on contract award and involves daily interaction with customers, contractors, and multiple acquisition offices. You will assess agile and systems‑engineering processes, create efficiencies, and support system and mission strategy development across ground organizations. You will also prepare technical consultation, meeting coordination, and recommendation briefing packages. Key responsibilities include evaluating and improving agile and SE practices, supporting end‑to‑end mission and services closure, and providing domain expertise for all phases of satellite ground system acquisitions. You will work on digital and data engineering, integration, and closure within the customer’s SIGINT and Multi‑INT domains. Additional duties involve requirements engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration to achieve end‑to‑end solutions. • Assess and improve agile and systems‑engineering processes to create efficiencies. • Support system and mission strategy development across ground organizations. • Provide technical consultation, coordinate meetings, and prepare recommendation briefing packages for multiple acquisition offices. • Deliver domain expertise for all phases of satellite ground system acquisitions, focusing on digital and data engineering. • Conduct requirements engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration for end‑to‑end solutions. • Perform mission technical capability and system performance analysis, identifying user needs and gaps. • Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to address capability gaps. • Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and other Agile methodologies in enterprise environments.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 6–12 years of experience with a BS/BA (or 5–8 years with an MS/MA, or 5+ years with a PhD). Required knowledge includes SIGINT remote‑sensing systems, space and ground architecture, mission control/processing, and the customer’s mission capabilities. Experience in requirements engineering, performance analysis, gap identification, and Agile frameworks such as SAFe is essential. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Familiarity with the specific intelligence‑community customer’s processes and authority lines is also needed.
