About the Role

Amtech is hiring a Modernization Superintendent (some New Equipment) Leader to direct volume installation, construction, and modernization projects from the Cerritos office. The role involves leading field operations, supervising construction mechanics and installation crews, and ensuring projects meet financial and safety targets. Key duties include achieving profit and working‑capital goals, delivering safety training, performing field audits and job‑site inspections, and developing site‑specific safety and logistics plans. The superintendent also coordinates material deliveries, issues purchase orders, forecasts labor resources, and schedules work to guarantee timely project completion while maintaining customer quality standards. • Lead field operations for modernization and new equipment installations. • Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams. • Achieve financial performance targets, including profit and working capital. • Conduct safety training, field audits, and develop site safety plans. • Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders. • Forecast labor resources and schedule projects to ensure timely completion. • Manage contract administration, billing, RFIs, and change orders.

What You Bring
