About the Role
In this role you will represent the top‑tier Autocall Fire Detection brand in the New York market, working within a motivated, inclusive team. You will develop partnerships with existing certified partners, recruit new ones, and ensure they receive the tools, equipment, and training needed for successful project estimation, installation, programming, and commissioning, driving year‑over‑year growth. Key responsibilities include expanding and refining the partner network, creating and implementing an annual sales plan, providing sales expertise and resources to exceed target volumes, and promoting product knowledge to partners, MEP firms, and end‑users. What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience, with three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience in the fire detection industry. Experience working with consulting engineers, residency within the territory, and willingness to travel up to 30% are required; preferred qualifications include prior experience with Johnson Controls fire detection products, channel sales expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent • 3‑5 years successful outside sales experience in fire detection • Residence within territory and willingness to travel up to 30% • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
