About the Role
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and schedule turn‑event maintenance. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, structures, and amenities to identify and correct hazards. • Support the preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communication, inventory monitoring, and safety training. • Document service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative tasks, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround times, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergencies and report any violations of community rules.
