About the Role
• Upload job attachments, designs, as‑builts, permits, and related emails into Remedy and P2. • Review issuance packages for completeness and required documentation. • Verify close‑out packages meet client specifications. • Maintain job tracking and communicate risks or issues impacting jobs. • Assist in preparing job closing packages. • Lead daily huddles to review job pipelines. • Train and coach Level 1 and Level 2 Construction Support Specialists. • Co‑conduct client meetings with coordinators and supervisors to review job status. • Communicate job status and potential risks clearly to clients. • Provide extensive administrative support. • Prioritize safety in daily work. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Evaluate job documentation for accuracy. • Effectively prioritize and manage time.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong safety mindset, consistently delivers high‑quality results, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving on long‑term projects. A minimum of two years supporting construction operations is required, along with solid computer skills and the ability to lead and organize effectively. • Minimum 2 years supporting construction operations (required). • Preferred experience in cable TV administration. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Demonstrated leadership abilities. • Hold a valid driver’s license.

The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Sacramento, CA. Compensation is $21 per hour.
