About the Role
• Install flooring types such as VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Perform basic plumbing tasks, including replacement and installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage or water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged). • Perform basic electrical tasks, including replacement and installation of light fixtures, switches, outlets, basic data connections, and diagnosing minor electrical problems (licensed electricians encouraged). • Execute commercial renovations and build‑outs. • Utilize basic computer skills for job documentation. • Follow OSHA safety requirements on all job sites. • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers to build relationships.
