What You Bring
Ideal candidates prioritize safety, deliver high‑quality work, and enjoy solving complex problems hands‑on. You should have at least five years of wireless telecom experience, a technical vocational degree or military equivalent, the ability to read site plans and construction drawings, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and understand the broader context. • Maintain solid theoretical knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN). • Apply advanced understanding of transport applications and theory. • Consistently produce high‑quality work and solve complex problems hands‑on. • Possess 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or related experience. • Hold a two‑year vocational degree in a technical field or equivalent military training. • Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations. • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. • Understand interconnecting circuits such as T1, T3, and microwave radio. • Hold a valid driver’s license and adhere to the company motor vehicle policy. • Possess foundational knowledge of RF engineering, radio frequency, and electronics theory. • Show basic leadership skills and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
