About the Role
Team members handle customer cases, make outbound calls to pre‑installed customers, and ensure a smooth retention process while adhering to call quality standards. Collaboration is encouraged through regular team meetings and internal chat channels. • Resolve At‑Risk Customer (ARC) cases on behalf of the sales team • Conduct outbound outreach to pre‑installed customers and handle inbound inquiries • Deliver customer experiences that meet established call quality standards • Overcome objections, de‑escalate concerns, and educate prospects on Sunrun’s solar process • Re‑engage unresponsive prospects and manage a timely ARC case pipeline • Participate actively in team meetings and G‑chat collaborations

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with email, Google Suite, and CRM tools. Weekend, evening, and some holiday shifts are required, and bilingual Spanish ability is considered a plus. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and a strong work ethic • Proficient in email, Google Suite, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays; Spanish bilingualism a plus • Ability to remain seated for most of the day, operate computer equipment, and lift up to 15 lb
