About the Role

The Yard Loader Operator will safely operate loader equipment, maintain organized stockpiles, conduct routine equipment inspections, and support efficient material flow while collaborating with the team to ensure a safe and productive site. The role operates primarily in environments that involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate yard loader equipment safely to move and manage aggregate materials. • Maintain proper stockpiles and ensure materials are organized and accessible. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. • Support plant and yard operations to ensure efficient material flow. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive site. • Load hopper to achieve maximum operational efficiency. • Perform tasks independently and follow established procedures. • Commit to safety practices in all aspects of the job.

Benefits
