About the Role

• Create new part numbers in SAP. • Collaborate with Material Master Creators. • Add quality notes to new PNs in SAP with the Quality team. • Support all activities related to new PN setup. • Coordinate with NPI Supply Chain to source engineering and production hardware. • Track hardware, purchase order inputs, deliveries, and sales order closeouts. • Assist engineering team with additional hardware tasks.

The role focuses on supporting new part number creation, coordinating hardware acquisition, and ensuring seamless integration with quality and supply‑chain processes in an on‑site shop‑floor environment. The job is based in Rockford, IL and requires on‑site attendance, personal transportation, the ability to walk extensively, and lift up to 40 lb. No travel is expected, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. • Hold at minimum an Associate's degree and 5 years of production support experience (BS preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Experienced with SAP or other MRP systems (strongly preferred). • Able to read and interpret blueprints (a plus). • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, self‑motivation and organizational skills.
