About the Role
The senior manager will lead and nurture key client relationships while overseeing all project tasks, including AutoCAD, GIS, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater planning, and BMP design. They will also mentor younger staff, drive business development, and champion resilient, sustainable infrastructure solutions. • Provide vision, business planning, and strategy • Establish goals • Build and maintain positive client relationships • Grow and lead a Surface Water (Hydraulics/Hydrology) practice • Maintain client contacts with municipalities, counties, water authorities, and state agencies • Manage and mentor staff, directing resources effectively • Manage projects profitably • Write proposals, scopes of work, and budgets

What You Bring
Candidates must possess at least 12 years of civil engineering and design experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and a strong network of contacts with local municipalities, counties, and water management agencies.
