About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for a community, working closely with the Community Manager to manage work orders, preventative maintenance, staff, vendors, safety compliance, and resident service. • Attend the property daily and coordinate resident and management work orders. • Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units; inspect grounds for hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies within budget, and maintain a preventative maintenance program. • Keep the maintenance shop organized and adhere to OSHA and hazard‑communication standards. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff; provide daily guidance and coaching. • Ensure high‑quality, timely completion of work orders and unit make‑ready inspections. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours coverage. • Lift/move objects of 100 lb or more, work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varied weather conditions.

What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required (HVAC preferred). • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Availability for overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergency duties. • Reliable personal transportation for emergency on‑call responsibilities.

Benefits
