AA staff analyze reports as needed and perform general administrative duties to support sales processes. Employees work in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. The position involves repetitive motions, coordination of eye/hand/foot, extended sitting, talking, and hearing tasks. • Communicate compellingly to influence customer decisions. • Use WM sales productivity software (e.g., Salesforce, pricing tools) consistently. • High School Diploma or GED (accredited). • Minimum 1 year B2B account management, inside sales, or customer service experience with a sales component.
