What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school or equivalent training considered an asset. Employers prefer applicants with three to five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas machinery. The job requires physical activity including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be made to comply with applicable laws. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
