About the Role

As a Warehouse Driver you will safely transport and store materials, tools, and small equipment using non‑DOT regulated company vehicles, and provide hands‑on support to field crews with loading, unloading, site preparation, and general labor tasks. This full‑time hourly role is based in San Diego, reports to a Project Manager, and requires working in a fast‑paced construction environment within occupied residential high‑rise projects. • Transport materials, tools, and equipment safely to job sites and facilities using company vehicles. • Load, store, organize, and unload materials while ensuring proper handling and securing. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly. • Keep vehicles and workspaces clean and organized. • Follow company policies and local regulations. • Assist with site cleanup, trash removal, basic tool use, signage, and preparation tasks. • Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and job‑site protocols. • Immediately report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment concerns. • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and others. • Operate non‑DOT regulated company vehicles (pick‑up trucks, vans) safely. • Regularly lift and carry 50‑75 lb, work at heights in high‑rise environments, and climb stairs and ladders.

What You Bring

The position requires a valid state driver’s license with a clean record and at least four years of driving experience, the ability to operate pick‑up trucks and vans, and the capacity to lift 50‑75 lb regularly and work at heights. Preferred candidates have construction, delivery, landscaping, or general labor experience, OSHA 10 certification, a high school diploma or GED, Spanish proficiency, or related military experience. • Hold a valid state driver’s license with a clean record and at least four years of driving experience. • Navigate maps, follow site directions, and adapt to changing priorities. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to support field tasks. • Exhibit excellent organization and multitasking abilities. • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts in varying conditions. • Have reliable personal transportation (company vehicles not for commuting). • Communicate well in English, both written and spoken. • Prior experience in construction, delivery driving, landscaping, or general labor. • OSHA 10 certification. • High school diploma or GED. • Proficiency in Spanish. • Related military experience.
