Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

• Lead end‑to‑end digital solution delivery in the ETRM space, from ideation through launch and operational quality. • Design and present technology‑based solutions in workshops and complex client scenarios. • Act as primary contact to identify, manage and resolve requirement questions, dependencies, issues and risks across on‑shore and offshore teams. • Provide front‑line technical support for problem/incident management, releases, deployments, operational readiness and application monitoring. • Prioritise competing demands and secure stakeholder buy‑in for solution delivery. • Implement complex business and technology solutions, overseeing full system implementation in the ETRM environment. • Apply Agile, Lean and continuous‑delivery principles to maximise value flow. • Develop procedures that improve communication, team engagement and incident‑management coordination, reducing business impact. • Create custom WebApps or interfaces and maintain the Endur instance, troubleshooting as needed. • Utilise technologies such as DMS, Crystal Reports, REST APIs, Apache Kafka and Tomcat. • Work autonomously while collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the SDLC phases.

What You Bring

We seek a senior business analyst with deep knowledge of the OpenLink Endur platform, strong programming skills (Python, C++, Java) and experience delivering end‑to‑end ETRM solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving trading environments, can manage the full SDLC, and communicates effectively with both on‑shore and offshore stakeholders. • Possess deep understanding of physical commodity trading processes and related financial services. • Demonstrate strong expertise with OpenLink Endur and its development tools (JVS or OpenComponents/Java). • Program in Python, C++ and Java, and develop databases using Oracle PL/SQL. • Analyse, investigate and troubleshoot trading, STP, risk and operations processes with strong analytical skills. • Thrive in a fast‑moving trading environment, driving the ETRM landscape ahead of industry benchmarks.
