About the Role

The District Sales Manager (DSM) plays a pivotal role in growing and maintaining business within the assigned territory. Working in an outside sales capacity, the DSM leverages deep knowledge of pre‑engineered metal buildings, professional communication, and consultative selling to achieve annual sales growth targets. The DSM builds strategic relationships with customers and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor through collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM per company guidelines. • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.

What You Bring
