About the Role

The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler role advances JLL’s Asset Management journey toward a world‑class maintenance organization by utilizing CMMS tools and standardized processes to improve facility maintenance efficiency and free up capacity for strategic priorities. • Plan, schedule, coordinate frequency and work‑type maintenance activities using CMMS and best practices. • Optimize maintenance inventory and balance workload with labor availability. • Ensure compliance with client CMMS standards, maintain database integrity, and perform periodic data audits. • Manage asset parts ordering (MRO), create purchase requisitions, and implement auto‑ordering where applicable. • Track asset information, spare parts, documentation, and arrange special tools and equipment. • Provide equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations for disabilities throughout the recruitment process.

What You Bring

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least ten years of facility maintenance management experience, including CMMS scheduling, strong verbal and written communication, and advanced computer skills; a bachelor’s degree and large‑scale industrial experience are preferred. • Require high school diploma/GED and 10 years of facility maintenance management experience. • Experience planning and scheduling hourly staff with CMMS systems; strong communication skills. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management, client‑service orientation, strong organizational skills, large‑scale industrial environment experience, and knowledge of automation and material handling.
