About the Role

The visualizer will develop photorealistic renderings and immersive virtual experiences that translate design concepts into compelling visual assets. Collaboration with architects, designers and project teams is essential to interpret design intent and technical drawings accurately. The role encompasses development of visual assets, workflow optimization, project coordination, quality assurance, and mentorship of junior team members. • Create high‑quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects. • Develop photorealistic visualizations using accurate material, lighting, and spatial relationships. • Produce still images and interactive virtual experiences for design presentations and marketing. • Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency while maintaining visual quality. • Manage complex lighting scenarios and material applications to achieve realistic results. • Coordinate multiple visualization projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Review project specifications, provide time estimates, and maintain organized file structures. • Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations through quality reviews. • Mentor junior visualization team members and provide technical guidance.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Senior 3D Visualizer with 8–10+ years of experience to join JLL Design in Bengaluru, India. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on creating exceptional architectural and interior visualizations for commercial real estate, architectural, and design projects. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, computer graphics or a related field, and a proven portfolio of architectural visualizations. Candidates must have expert proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and V‑Ray, as well as strong knowledge of architectural drawing interpretation. Additional skills such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD or Revit, virtual‑reality platforms, and an understanding of photography principles are highly desirable. Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, sustainable design, BIM workflows, parametric tools, or a background in traditional art strengthens an applicant’s profile. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, computer graphics, or a related field. • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and architectural rendering. • Expert proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and V‑Ray. • Strong understanding of architectural drawing interpretation and construction details. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit is highly desirable. • Experience with virtual‑reality platforms and photography principles. • Background in commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, or sustainable design preferred. • Familiarity with BIM workflows, parametric design tools, and procedural modeling. • Demonstrated attention to detail, project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and continuously learn new technologies.
