About the Role
The technician will perform planned and reactive maintenance on domestic and closed water systems, cooling towers, and related mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include updating CAFM records, ensuring workmanship standards, assisting subcontractors, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures. • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance according to CAFM and management instructions • Close and update completed PPM tasks in the site's CAFM system (Concept MRI Pro) • Develop an in‑depth understanding of all water systems on site • Perform daily cooling tower checks and sampling • Maintain workmanship standards to maximise building reliability • Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works as needed • Adhere to company QA and site procedures in all activities • Maintain accurate site records and documentation for all work • Execute tasks at height using platforms, ladders, and all‑access equipment • Keep company‑issued tools safe and serviceable • Proactively support contract success with a positive approach • Comply with Integral’s health, safety, and environmental procedures • Perform manual tasks, including handling and working at heights • Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests, providing professional service • Deliver excellent customer service and communication across all staff levels

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have experience in a maintenance environment with relevant qualifications such as an apprenticeship or C&G certification. They must be capable of manual handling, working at heights, and using computers, while demonstrating strong communication, customer service, teamwork, initiative, and adaptability. • Possess relevant qualifications (e.g., apprenticeship, C&G) and maintenance experience • Understand toolbox talks, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication and computer skills • Exhibit strong health and safety awareness and knowledge • Show enthusiasm and proactivity in achieving high operational standards • Possess strong organizational and collaborative skills • Ability to multitask, work without direct supervision, and manage time constraints • Work effectively within a team, following instructions and contributing to group success • Maintain a smart, presentable professional appearance • Collaborate as a team player, think logically in fault‑finding, and adapt to change
