Sr Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager oversees the direction, completion, safety, and financial outcomes of construction projects from budgeting through closeout, with safety as the top priority. This role collaborates with all levels of project management and field supervision to set operational priorities, ensure quality, and maintain strong internal and external relationships. The manager also contributes to strategic planning for the workplace market segment and mentors less experienced project staff. • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs • Estimate, value engineer, and support development of project budgets • Facilitate subcontractor bid process, including processing, distribution, and tracking of documentation • Utilize software programs and templates to manage project documentation • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts; develop and negotiate subcontracts • Plan and schedule projects • Manage ongoing jobs, coordinating subcontractors, resolving conflicts, and ensuring quality and safety • Control project costs by evaluating labor, material, and equipment and forecasting construction expenses and profits • Perform project closeout activities • Manage projects up to $50 million in size • Stay current with trends and styles in workplace design and systems • Build and maintain strong working relationships

What You Bring

• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field • 10‑15 years of project management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self‑motivated; able to work independently and lead collaborative teams • Detail‑oriented
