Job Highlights
About the Role
Engineers will work field‑based across multiple client sites, on‑call one week in four, and will be supported by Arcus’s National Training Academy to develop technical and safety expertise. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems • Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Provide technical support across multiple sites • Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service • Support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers

What You Bring
• Hold a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance • Have prior experience in a similar role, preferably retail or commercial • Possess a valid UK driving licence • Hold 18th Edition, F‑Gas, and Test & Inspection certifications • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and independent work capability • Be proficient with IT and able to manage workload effectively
