About the Role
The incumbent leads the xPL Scheduling group, overseeing scheduling activities for fabrication and assembly projects of varying size and complexity. Responsibilities include developing CPM baseline schedules, monitoring progress, producing monthly updates, integrating BIM/4D models, and delivering schedule reviews and dashboards to project leadership. Additional duties involve supporting business development, providing scheduling expertise to clients, conducting site walks, auditing schedules, and implementing advanced techniques such as weather impacts and time‑impact analysis. The role also contributes to schedule recovery plans and maintains regional production rate databases. • Lead and supervise the xPL Scheduling group across multiple fabrication and assembly projects. • Develop and maintain CPM baseline, critical path, and resource‑loaded schedules from engineering through site installation. • Produce monthly progress narratives, look‑ahead schedules, and schedule dashboards for leadership review. • Integrate BIM/4D models and logistics planning with the VDC team. • Conduct schedule audits, gap analyses, and risk assessments using tools such as Acumen Fuse and Change Inspector. • Provide scheduling expertise for business development proposals and client engagements. • Deliver training on scheduling software and best‑practice methodologies. • Implement advanced scheduling techniques including weather impacts, Time Impact Analyses, and “What‑If” recovery plans. • Ensure compliance with scheduling policies, standards, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications to build accurate schedules.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field and have at least eight years of relevant experience. Extensive fabrication‑assembly scheduling experience, proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and diagnostic tools, and strong analytical, communication, and supervisory skills are required. Scheduling certifications are desired. The position requires occasional climbing, lifting up to 10‑25 lb, and travel to various sites. Work is performed both in office/remote settings and on construction sites, with adherence to safety policies.
