About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to deliver prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards and complies with all applicable regulations. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following route sheets to service customers, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste, and completing daily vehicle condition reports to flag defects for timely repair. The driver must interact professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers, tag unsatisfactory containers, clean accidental spills, monitor vehicle readiness, maintain productivity standards, and actively participate in the ReSOP safety program.
