About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst (Corrigo) role involves providing technical and project‑level analysis, producing required documentation such as business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future‑state proposals and UAT plans. The analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional team members, guides testers during the QA process, elicits and clearly documents technical business and system requirements, and identifies and resolves potential issues or risks. The analyst also prepares process‑flow diagrams, presentations, system demos and reports for various vertical and horizontal solutions, participates in scoping proposed enhancements, and works with delivery managers, team leaders and project managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications while building relationships and influencing decision‑making. Core responsibilities include creating technical designs and solutions, architecting complex multi‑tier technology stacks, interacting with customers to explain overall solutions and their impact on business drivers, drafting specifications for each release, supporting development staff, conducting pre‑ and post‑development testing, maintaining quality control, gathering stakeholder feedback, and providing training and functional support. Additional duties cover managing project documentation such as issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules and updates; leading or participating in multiple projects, adjusting scope and timelines, and prioritizing daily tasks. The role also handles end‑to‑end implementation for client accounts, including data‑template creation, validation, upload, system configuration, user management, and the development of user guides and process documents. • Produce technical analysis artifacts (business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future‑state proposals, UAT plans). • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and guide testers during QA. • Elicit, document, and manage technical business and system requirements; identify and mitigate risks. • Create process‑flow diagrams, presentations, system demos and reports for various solutions. • Translate scoped enhancements into actionable developer specifications with delivery and project managers. • Design and architect complex multi‑tier technology stacks and blueprints for execution teams. • Communicate overall solutions to customers and align them with business drivers. • Draft release specifications, support development staff, and conduct pre‑ and post‑development testing. • Maintain quality control, update procedures, and incorporate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. • Provide training, functional support, and act as liaison for bug resolution. • Manage project documentation, issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, and status updates. • Lead or contribute to multiple projects, adjust scope and timelines, and prioritize daily tasks. • Implement end‑to‑end technology solutions for client accounts, including data‑template creation, validation, upload, and system configuration. • Perform user management (creation, authorization, role mapping) and develop user guides and process documentation.
