About the Role
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes, performing all duties as scheduled by the Operations Manager or Dispatch. Key responsibilities include operating the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT and all applicable regulations, completing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, participating in training, collaborating with managers to improve route efficiency, dumping containers cleanly, positioning them correctly, handling customer tickets, communicating issues, and completing required documentation. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely following OSHA, DOT and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents or property damage immediately. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings and meetings. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address problem accounts. • Dump containers fully, leave sites clean, and position containers upright with lids secured. • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and communicate customer requests to Dispatch. • Follow assigned routes, complete all paperwork, and check‑in at route end.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Commercial Driver’s License – Class B, be at least 18 years old, have an acceptable driving record, and pass a DOT drug screen, physical and background check.
