About the Role

The role supports the management, regulation, and supervision of construction processes from the pre‑construction phase through to project close‑out. You will help project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities, and assist in preparing schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes. Participation in on‑site walkthroughs, tracking milestones, and updating dashboards are also key responsibilities. • Support management, regulation, and supervision of construction processes from pre‑construction through close‑out. • Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. • Prepare project documents such as schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes. • Participate in on‑site walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Track project milestones and update progress logs and dashboards. • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to gather information and resolve minor issues. • Review construction drawings, specifications, and change orders. • Support procurement by obtaining quotes, verifying deliveries, and maintaining material logs. • Attend project meetings and document action items and follow‑ups. • Conduct basic research for design options, cost estimates, or planning needs. • Learn and apply construction management tools, software, and best practices.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management or a related field. The ideal candidate demonstrates tenacity, the ability to inject value and create solutions, strong organization and multitasking skills, and excellent communication. Building good working relationships with the project team and being a collaborative team player are essential.

The full‑time role offers an hourly salary range of $20‑$25, based on role, level, experience, and qualifications.
