About the Role

In this role you will collaborate with both local and region-wide IT teams to deliver support to several offices. The selected candidate will handle daily IT support for the local office and provide helpdesk assistance to end‑users across the region. • Provide support on our corporate IT Helpdesk • Install new printers/copiers/plotters and other office equipment • Install and support enterprise applications • Perform data maintenance and data archiving • Assist with office moves/expansions

What You Bring

Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology, a business mindset, strong communication and customer‑service skills, and the ability to travel. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field with 0‑2 years of experience, or an associate’s degree with 3+ years, is required. Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, basic networking, and printing/file permissions is expected, along with the ability to troubleshoot PC‑level issues and manage user accounts.
