Job Highlights
About the Role
• Monitor client’s programme or progress report • Ensure client’s compliance with contract documents • Inspect all workmanship and material • Coordinate supply of vertical and horizontal controls • Perform layout checks on line and grades • Coordinate with other clients • Maintain file records on designated forms (workforce, equipment, progress, safety, etc.) • Review and approve client’s shop drawings • Conduct soils and materials testing per contract specifications • Manage contract responsibilities and obtain authorization before relieving duties • Oversee final material submittals and approval • Certify progress payments to the client • Evaluate personnel, equipment, and material costs for variation and change orders • Review requests for additional compensation and time extensions • Prepare variation orders for additional and new work • Prepare monthly progress report • Monitor site safety, including meetings, violations, rectifications, and accident reports, incorporated into monthly report • Determine proper costs of additions or credits and recommend actions • Inspect safety conditions, report violations, and follow up corrective actions

What You Bring

The role involves leading staff to ensure efficient project execution, providing staking, testing, and inspection, and rapidly familiarizing with plans, specifications, and amendments to administer the work effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience • Preferred experience on large‑scale projects in the Middle East
