About the Role

The role is fully in‑person, not limited to a 9‑to‑5 schedule, and expects team members to be all‑in, contributing their best work to the company’s impact. • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot prototypes, components, and equipment, including solder rework, thermocouple welding, wiring, labeling, and harness making. • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized lab and office workspace. • Track and manage inventory of engineering tools, parts, and supplies, ordering and calibrating equipment as needed. • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, service, and technical support of lab and office equipment. • Assist in tracking project timelines, materials, and progress to provide necessary resources for the engineering team. • Provide basic tech support for office hardware and software, troubleshooting minor IT issues.

What You Bring

We are hiring an Engineering Technician who blends technical know‑how with strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced engineering environment. • High School diploma required; associate’s degree or higher in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred. • Hands‑on experience in an engineering or technical environment with strong soldering, harness making, and thermocouple/data acquisition skills. • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic IT troubleshooting. • Expertise with engineering lab and workshop tools and equipment. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with engineers, vendors, and staff. • Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
