About the Role
Key responsibilities include performing failure analysis, corrective actions, and manufacturing support for refrigeration systems, as well as communicating design specifications and test criteria to improve product designs. The engineer must work under pressure, adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and use engineering tools and data to make informed decisions. • Provide cross‑functional product support to meet customer and global standards. • Review, improve, and cost‑reduce products while implementing engineering changes. • Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions for refrigeration systems. • Communicate design specifications and test criteria with design and contract engineering teams. • Generate and analyze data using engineering tools to inform decisions. • Ensure manufacturing processes align with product specifications and customer requirements. • Maintain bills of material and manage engineering change orders. • Apply automation software and electromechanical design principles to projects. • Leverage HVAC system knowledge to support product development. • Collaborate with internal and external departments and direct customers on technical issues.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and be able to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Preferred qualifications include HVAC or research‑and‑development experience, familiarity with HVAC systems, electromechanical design, automation software, and experience maintaining bills of material and engineering changes.
