About the Role

The Mechanical Inspector ensures contractors comply with contract documents, coordinates daily with other teams, documents and verifies quality and quantity of work, processes inspection requests and technical submittals, and performs necessary actions on site. • Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and safety measures. • Verify contractor compliance with standards through observation, measurements, and testing. • Record daily contractor manpower and equipment resources. • Conduct site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. • Document contractor personnel, equipment, activities, locations, reasons, and methods used. • Report material deliveries and execute site instructions from leadership. • Apply and enforce site quality control procedures. • Perform site measurements and surveying checks as required. • Monitor conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements via inspections. • Observe health and safety conditions and report violations.

What You Bring

• Hold a Diploma in Engineering. • Possess knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, water supply) and building codes. • Have at least 7 years of construction supervision experience in mechanical projects, especially high‑rise, mixed‑use, residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality.
