About the Role

• Remain employed for twelve months after receiving the CDL. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation inspections of the assigned vehicle. • Report safety issues using standard reporting procedures. • Safely operate a commercial truck along assigned routes and to disposal sites. • Load, lift, compact, and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers per departmental procedures. • Monitor collected waste for prohibited materials and report findings. • Maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning equipment and minimizing downtime. • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times. • Perform all driver duties in residential, commercial, industrial, or roll‑off services after CDL acquisition. • Have no prohibitions to obtaining a CDL and commit to a one‑year contract.

The position offers a pay range of $16.90 to $18.60 per hour, a weekday shift starting at 4 a.m., weekly paid on Fridays, and includes a one‑year contractual commitment.
