Process Engineering Manager - LPT

About the Role

In this high‑impact leadership role you will guide a team that improves assembly methods, advances process performance, and enhances equipment utilization. You will partner closely with Production Management, R&D, Supply Chain and global teams to drive innovation, raise operational standards and support the launch of new products and technologies while championing safety, quality and cost‑efficiency. You will also be tasked with establishing technical standards, evaluating suppliers, managing investment budgets for new initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Coaching and developing a high‑performing team in line with HR policies is a key part of the role. • Lead development and optimization of production processes to meet project and business targets • Approve and validate designs for internal and externally developed processes • Define production costs and sequence workflows to maximize quality while minimizing cost • Develop investment budgets for new product and process initiatives • Support supplier evaluation with Supply Chain partners to assess technology and capacity • Collaborate with R&D and global teams to strengthen technical standards and integrate new process technologies • Promote a strong safety culture across all production development activities • Build, guide, and develop a high‑performing team in alignment with HR policies • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience • 2+ years of project management experience • Strong verbal and written communication, including technical communication • Preferred: experience in transformer manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner certification, and strong project/organizational skills
