About the Role

The Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance is a PMC role for an offshore client based in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Manager VAP & Estimation and responsible for invoicing, staffing and resource management, reporting and dashboards, project staffing analytics, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Track end‑to‑end invoice status, maintain and reconcile invoice registers, and report delays or red flags to management. • Develop and maintain staffing plans, monitor resource deployment, identify shortages or excess, and ensure compliance with diversity and competency requirements. • Create and automate performance dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools, integrating project, staffing, and invoice data for leadership visibility. • Analyze staffing performance trends, forecast manpower needs, and provide early‑warning alerts for resource constraints and invoice processing delays. • Liaise with IPMT teams, internal stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives and governance standards.

What You Bring

• Require at least 15 years of oil‑and‑gas experience, including 5‑8 years on offshore mega projects with an engineering background. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory; prior experience with ADNOC projects is a plus.
