About the Role

The role includes performing site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial land‑development designs. Responsibilities cover research, coordination, cost estimating, permitting, bid package preparation, and technical specifications, as well as monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules while working closely with engineers, designers, jurisdictions, and contractors. • Perform site development engineering and manage residential and commercial land‑development projects. • Conduct research, coordinate with jurisdictions, estimate costs, obtain permits, and prepare bid packages and technical specifications. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while leading staff and collaborating with designers and contractors. • Produce plan sets and construction documents covering utilities, site layout, drainage, and due‑diligence. • Manage client interactions, attend meetings, and ensure quality standards.

This is an on‑site position and not eligible for remote work. Candidates must have four or more years of relevant design experience and a Professional Engineering (PE) license—or be able to obtain one within twelve months. Proficiency with site civil design, permitting, hydrology and storm‑drainage software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D is required, along with experience in task management, client coordination, quality oversight, and producing plan sets and construction documents. • Hold a PE license or obtain one within 12 months and possess 4+ years of civil design experience. • Proficient in hydrology modeling, storm‑drainage software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
