About the Role
The Administrator will perform a full range of administrative duties to support the team, such as coordinating legal warrants and forced entries, preparing and delivering legal correspondence, verifying next‑day work plans, handling email and phone queries, scheduling monthly service requirements for smoke alarms and gas assets, covering colleagues’ duties when absent, and undertaking any other reasonable tasks assigned by Aston Group. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 with occasional overtime and flexible scheduling. • Coordinate legal warrant dates and arrange forced entry attendance. • Prepare, print, and hand‑deliver legal letters. • Verify next‑day work plans for accuracy. • Manage email and query handling across all areas. • Answer calls from the overspill phone system. • Schedule monthly service requirements for smoke alarm and gas assets. • Provide coverage for team members’ duties during their absence. • Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on satisfaction. • Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards. • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and business partners. • Uphold data protection principles and confidentiality. • Ensure accuracy and minimize errors in handling information. • Apply logical problem‑solving to analyze complex information. • Plan and organise resources effectively to achieve results. • Collaborate within teams and share information across the organisation. • Prioritise client needs and provide client‑focused service.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships, while being self‑motivated, flexible and a team player.
