About the Role

We are seeking a Supervising Engineer I – CF to join our Boston, MA team. In this role, you will provide management review and control over multiple engineering units, integrating specialized areas to serve business segments within the Critical Facilities, BET, FMCX, and ICT practice areas. As a Supervising Engineer I, you will oversee technical execution for the Critical Facilities/Data Centers market, improve technical approaches, participate in expert teams, support resource managers in recruiting, build vendor relationships, develop technical preeminence, conduct training, ensure project quality, and lead QA processes and technical publications. • Improve overall technical execution. • Enhance technical approach for Critical Facilities market. • Participate in expert teams to develop technical standards. • Support Resource Manager in recruiting top technical talent. • Build relationships with technical vendors. • Develop technical preeminence. • Conduct team technical training. • Ensure technical quality on projects. • Apply smart technical concepts on major projects. • Develop technical QA process. • Participate extensively on projects. • Write technical white papers and speak at conferences. • Effectively use QA process for proactive development.

What You Bring

Successful candidates must hold a current PE license, have healthcare design experience, and a background working on Critical Facilities/Data Centers projects. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of project management experience, 12+ years in consulting, and at least eight years of supervisory experience. • Current PE registration with healthcare design experience. • Experience on Critical Facilities/Data Centers projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of project management experience. • 12+ years in consulting with senior-level MEP engineering background. • Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience.
