About the Role

• Ensure flawless execution of projects, delivering on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical, safety, regulatory, and customer standards. • Deliver first‑class customer service adhering to Otis’ Absolutes. • Coordinate all contract activities from award to handover and financial close. • Collaborate with sales and field operations to complete elevator/escalator installations per contract scope. • Provide regular progress updates to branch, regional, and senior leadership. • Communicate proactively with general contractors, owners, architects, authorities, and regulatory agencies regarding design, preparation, and scheduling. • Work closely with internal sales, construction superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure financial and customer success. • Manage construction processes including billing, payments, vendor load‑up, receivables, RFIs, change orders, and cash coverage. • Interpret contractual documents and modifications to determine cost impacts. • Review architectural and structural drawings. • Analyze situations and develop contingency estimates.

What You Bring

The position is based at Otis' facility at 1289 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX. • Minimum 3 + years of elevator project management or construction experience. • Experience in the elevator/escalator industry. • Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration. • Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings. • Strong teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationships. • Self‑motivated with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft software for technical tasks. • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational abilities. • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or business administration preferred.
