About the Role
The position encompasses a variety of welding techniques, quality assurance inspections, and fabrication tasks, all performed while maintaining strict safety protocols. • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and structural welding. • Conduct quality inspections and testing of welds. • Execute repair welding on pipe and mechanical systems. • Fabricate, assemble, and repair various structures. • Maintain safety protocols, including PPE usage and equipment upkeep. • Supply own basic trade tools and personal protective equipment (hood, gloves, leather). • Work first‑shift positions in Springfield, VA.
