About the Role

• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions immediately. • Keep work area clean, safe and organized. • Alert Team Leader to equipment, operation, material, inventory or documentation issues. • Receive, stock, pick, issue and deliver materials within performance guidelines. • Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks. • Ensure continuous availability of equipment and materials for operations. • Meet production performance standards and schedules. • Verify products meet nVent quality specifications. • Maintain accurate records and inventory balances. • Complete rotational assignments as required. • Participate in continuous‑improvement activities to meet customer needs. • Promote compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Operate picking equipment such as wave lifts, tugger trucks and carts.

Compensation for the role ranges from $17.20 to $31.90 per hour, with pay determined by factors such as experience, skills and performance, and includes eligibility for annual incentives.
